EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Discovering the joy of learning

Playgroup (2-4 Years Old)

A child’s world in our Early Childhood Department is full of sights, sounds and hands on experiences. We believe that by using their senses – touch, sight, sound, smell and taste children learn to explore and understand the world around them. Children learn more through playing and can acquire knowledge that will be essential to their academic learning.

Kindergarten (4-6 years Old)

Movement, gross-motor skillsand following instructions are the first indicators of learning. Here we practice the fun in learning through songs, dances and games. Our programmes are geared towards the individuality of our students, as we believe that every child is a unique individual. And to meet their social needs we develop our students emotionally, physically and intellectually.

PRIMARY SCHOOL

Inquirers and Balanced Learners

It is important that numeracy and literacy skills are emphasized and gradually introduced from the first years in the primary level. It is essential for a student to be an inquirer as this provides the window to becoming a creative, innovative and investigative learner. Each students learns and progresses at different paces. The PRIMARY YEARS PROGRAMME from the INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE ORGANIZATION recognizes this style by providing students with equal opportunities to learn in varied ways. Assisted by our qualified teachers, our students achieve the ability to create concepts, knowledge, skills, attitudes and actions in a very authentic and stimulating framework.
